2.) Submit form along with the necessary documents and 1 passport size photo.

In Order to apply for a Gibraltar Identity Card you need to submit the following:

1.) First time applicants: Full Birth Certificate and Parents' Marriage Certificate

2.) Passport

3.) One Recent passport photograph, photos must be standard passport photos on a grey or cream background and must show the whole head and top of shoulders.

4.) Completed and signed application form

• Applications forms must be completed in full.

• Applications for persons over the age of 15 must be signed by the applicant.

• Applications for persons under the age of 15 must be signed by one parent.

The Gibraltar Identity Card is an official identity document issued by the Government of Gibraltar to persons resident in Gibraltar.

Pink cards only issued to persons with permanent residence, are valid as an EU travel document other colour cards are only valid within Gibraltar.
