Apply In-Person:

1. To Replace a National Social Security Fund Card in person, the applicant has to approach the Social security and national insurance trust (SSNIT).

3. Applicant must obtain the application form from the relevant department.
4. The applicant has to enter all the information in the application form.
5. The applicant has to make sure he or she has all the required documents that are required for this process to be successful and they can be found under the "Required Documents" section of this page.
6. This procedure is free of charge.
7. Submit the completed form in two copies along with the supporting documents to the respective office.
8. This application will be processed and information will be verified by the authority.
9. If the verification is successful, the NSSF officer will take the applicant’s photo and thumb prints and record the applicant information into the NSSF computer system, A new NSSF Card will then be issued immediately.
10. The Processing time for this procedure is 20 days.
