Apply In-Person:

1. To Renew for BRV inspection Facility License in person, the applicant has to approach the National Petroleum Authority (NPA) in Ghana Contact link
2. Applicants approach the NPA office and applicants can get their application form.
3. Applicant has to enter all the information in the application form.
4. Applicant must make sure to carry both photocopies and originals of all documents are necessary for completing this procedure.
5. Applicant must make sure to carry all the necessary documents that are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page. (Both photocopies and originals)
6. Application fee details shall be provided by the concerned licensing officer.
7. Submit the completed form in two copies along with the supporting documents to the respective office.
8. This application will be processed and information will be verified by the NPA.
9. If the verification is successful, the notification will be sent to the applicant.
10. The applicant after seeing the notification can go to the NPA office and applicant get the renewal certificate.
11. Generally, the processing time for this procedure takes 30 to 45 days.
