Apply In-Person

1. To Obtain a Trading license-Nursing Home-Grade 2 (II) in Ghana, the applicant must go to the Ghana Medical and Dental council or Pharmacy Council Ghana, Headquarters contact link
2. Applicant must obtain the application form from the relevant department.
3. Applicant has to enter all the information in the application form.
4. The applicant has to make sure that he or she has all the required documents that are required for this process to be successful and they can be found under the "Required Documents" section of this page.
5. Payment of appropriate fees should be made and that can be found under the "Fees" section of this page.
6. Submit the completed form in two copies along with the supporting documents to the respective office.
7. This application will be processed and the information will be verified by the MDC.
8. If the verification is successful, the notification will be sent to the applicant.
9. After the notified period, the applicant gets certificate as per applicable delivery norms.
10. The Processing time for this procedure is 2 days.

• Original Certificate of Incorporation of the company for new business.
• Original receipt for the previous year indicating existing business.
• Original rent and tenancy agreement from the Land lord for the new business.
• Original trading License for the previous year for already existing business
