1. To Obtain a Trading license-Photo booth-Grade II in Ghana, the applicant must go to the Ghana International Trade Administration Office. Contact link
2. Applicant must obtain the application form from the relevant department.
3. Applicant has to enter all the information in the application form.
4. The applicant has to make sure that he or she has all the required documents that are required for this process to be successful and they can be found under the "Required Documents" section of this page.
5. Payment of appropriate fees should be made and that can be found under the "Fees" section of this page.
6. Submit the completed form in two copies along with the supporting documents to the respective office.
7. This application will be processed and the information will be verified by the Trade office.
8. If the verification is successful, the notification will be sent to the applicant.
9. After the notified period, the applicant gets certificate as per applicable delivery norms.
10. The Processing time for this procedure is 2 days.

• Clearance from Ministry of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives for non-nationals
• Services/business-registration/registering-a-new-company
• For new business - original certificate of registration (Business name)
• Certificate of incorporation (Company)
• Original receipt for the previous year indicating existing business.
• Original rent and tenancy agreement from the Land lord for the new business.
• License for the previous year for already existing business.

• License Fee: 37,500 GHS.

• Validity for this registration is 1 year.
