Apply In-Person:

1. To Obtain a Toll Free Number in Ghana, the applicant must visit the National Communication Authority or Ministry of Communications. Contact link.
2. Applicant must obtain the application form from the relevant department.
3. The applicant has to make sure that he or she has all the required documents that are required for this process to be successful and they can be found under the "Required Documents" section of this page.
4. Attach all the required documents to the filled form and submit them to the attending official, who will verify the documents.
5. A fee for this procedure is free of charge.
6. Upon payment of the entire required application fees, the applicant will be issued the applicant’s Toll Free Number and if the applicant an active prepaid line it can be converted to post-paid line as per the applicant’s request.
7. Generally, the processing time for this procedure takes immediately.
