Apply In-Person:

1. To Obtain Nuts and Oil Produce Dealer is done in person by visiting the Agriculture and Food Authority Board Head Offices in Ghana contact link

• Nuts and Oil Produce Dealer license from the Federal Department of Agriculture is required for the purpose of Nuts and Oil Produce Dealer business.

The Board may refuse to issue a new license or may suspend or cancel an existing license if the Board is satisfied that:

• The producer’s standards of performance are unsatisfactory.
• The issue is not, or the suspension or cancellation, is in the interest of other producers and of consumers.
• The conditions of a licence have not been fulfilled.
• The applicant or licensee has failed to remit, within the prescribed period, any cess due by the applicant or licensee to the Board.
• The applicant or licensee has not paid dairy farmers for milk delivered to the applicant or licensee.
