Apply In-Person:

1. To Get a Duplicate Stamp Duty Certificate in person, the applicant has to approach the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA).

3. Applicant must obtain the application form from the relevant department.
4. Read through the instruction carefully and fill the application form accurately verify all the information is correct before submitting it to the attending officer. In case of any difficult please request for assistances from the staff.
5. The applicant has to make sure he or she has all the required documents that are required for this process to be successful and they can be found under the "Required Documents" section of this page.
6. Fee for this procedure is free of charge.
7. Submit the completed form in two copies along with the supporting documents to the respective office.
8. This application will be processed and information will be verified by the GRA.
9. If all the above mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the application form will be viewed by concerned authorities and the applicant will be notified regarding their license.
10. The applicant after seeing the notification can go to the GRA office and applicant get the certificate.
11. The processing time for this procedure is immediate.
