15. The prescribed fee must be paid by the applicant, and the receipt of payment must be attached with the application form.
16. Generally, the processing time for this procedure is taken 2 months.
17. If the authorized official is satisfied that all the information are in order, applicant will be notified of the outcome and issued with an amended business registration certificate and other supporting documents upon payment of the required fees.

• This document is proof of simply refers to a person who owns the business and is personally responsible for its debts.

• A sole proprietorship cannot be sold or transferred in the same way that other business entities can be sold. According to Legal Zoom, a sole proprietorship changes ownership when you transfer or sell all assets associated with the business. Technically, the new owner must establish a brand new business after the assets are transferred.
