Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply for Herbalists license is available in Ghana ADA East District Assembly link
2. The, the applicant can get their application form for Herbalists license.
3. Applicant has to enter all the information in the application form.
4. Applicant must make sure to carry all the necessary documents that are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant should attach photocopies of the documents along with the application form while submitting it at the office.
6. The Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
7. If all the above mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the application form will be viewed by the concerned authorities and the applicant will be notified regarding their license.
8. This application will be processed and the information will be verified by the AEDA office.
9. If the verification is successful, the notification will be sent to the applicant.
10. Generally, the processing time for this procedure is 6 working days.
