Apply In-Person:

1. Application form for Temporal Structure Permit is available in Ghana Ashaiman Municipal Assembly (ASHMA) or Accra Metropolitan Assembly office (AMA) contact link or contact link
2. Applicant should obtain the application form from the AMA or ASHMA office.
3. Applicant has to enter all information in the application form.
4. Information related to the AMA office and License authority can be obtained from the “Office locations and contacts” section of this page.
5. The applicant has to make sure he or she has all the required documents that are required for this process to be successful and they can be found under the "Required Documents" section of this page.
6. Payment of appropriate fees should be made and that can be found under the "Fees" section of this page.
7. After the notified period applicant gets certificate as per applicable delivery norms.

• An organisation is eligible for get a temporal structure permit.

• The Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request.

• The Temporal structure permits shall be renewable every six months for a period not exceeding five years.
