3. Visit the non-Profit Organization secretariat and the applicant must obtain the application form.
4. Applicant must fill the all the information in the application form.
5. Please make sure you have all the documents that are listed down the “Required Document” section of this page.
6. After completing the forms, an applicant should submit the forms to the office of the Registrar General Department with an official fee (in cash) of GH₵270. After a successful registration, the applicant would be given a Certificate of Incorporation, Certificate of Commencement, Form 3, and the Company’s Regulations.
7. Payment of appropriate fees should be made and that can be found under the "Fees" section of this page.
8. Attach the all documents to the forms before submission application to the authority.
9. Pay the Approved Registration fee of GHS.155 /= and lodge the application at the office of the Social Protection officer.
10. It takes 5 days to be registered. If approved, an acknowledgment of registration is issued by the Respective Office.

• Memorandum of understanding between the NGO and the Government.
• 4 copies of “the companies code”
• 4 copies of the “returns of particulars of the company under section 27 (i) of the companies code on incorporation

• Proof of evidence (electricity/ telephone/ mobile bill or bank statement)
• Registered office address proof (rent agreement if the premises is not owned by the company)

• The registration certificate valid is for 1 year. Then, the certificate has to be renewed annually.
