Apply In-Person:

1. Application form for Otumfour Education Fund (OEF) is available in the Scholarship Secretariat in the Ghana contact link
2. Applicant has to approach the Ghana scholarship secretariat and the applicants can get their application form for otumfour education fund (OEF).
3. Applicant has to enter all information in the application form.
4. Applicant must make sure to carry both photocopies and originals of all documents are necessary for completing this procedure.
5. Make sure that his/her have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. Please refer to the fees details in the “Fees” section of this page. Pay the appropriate fees where the officials would start processing your application.
7. Applicant should attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the applicant from while submitting it at the office.
8. If all above mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the application form will be viewed by concerned authorities and the applicant will be notified regarding their Fund.
9. Generally, the processing time for this procedure takes 6 weeks.

• It was established in 1999 to assist bright but needy student in Ghana schools in both junior , senior secondary schools and tertiary institutions in Ghana. The fund was set up by Otumfuo Osei Tutu, the asantehene on 13th November 1999, to provide financial assistance to brighter but needy students in Asanteman.
