Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply for Musical Spinners License in Ghana, the applicant must go to the Ada East District Assembly (AEDA) office contact link
2. Applicants should obtain the required application form from the Ada East District Assembly Office.
3. Applicant must be filled all the information in the application form.
4. Applicant must make sure to carry all necessary documents that are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Attach all the documents with the application letter and submit it to the authority.
6. Please pay as authority’s advice at the time of applying.
7. After assessing the application and attached documents, the authority will initially issue an Approval-In-Principle.
8. Not later than six months after the grant of the authority, the promoters of a proposed bank will receive a formal notification instructing to submit an application for the grant of final license.
9. The application should also contain some of the documents in support for the grant of the final license, addressed to the authority.
10. Once the verifications of all the documents and application has been done, the applicant will be informed through phone or email to collect the final license.
11. It takes thirty days for processing of the certificate.

• The fee structure for the issuance of the license differs based on the nature of the business.
• The failure to comply with pre-requisites of the trade license can also result in the closure of a business.
• No centre shall operate without proper permission and license.
