Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply for Hydraulic Construction Permit in person, the applicant should contact the Land Use and Spatial Planning Authority (LUSPA) or Accra Metropolitan Assembly office or LaNMMA office.
2. Applicant must obtain the application form from the relevant department.

4. Read carefully through the application formas there contain different section.
5. The applicant has to make sure he or she has all the required documents that are required for this process to be successful and they can be found under the "Required Documents" section of this page.
6. Payment of appropriate fees should be made and that can be found under the "Fees" section of this page.
7. Applicant is also to proceed to pay the prescribed application fees and submit the payment receipt together with the application documents.
8. On receiving the application, the Executive Director may issue Hydraulic Construction permit after taking any objections into consideration, on such terms and conditions as may be contained in the license.
9. The executive Director may decide to contact the applicant through a phone call or Email to collect the new permit at the respective offices.
10. Applicant will be required to carry your identification documents when collecting your new license.
11. A processing time of 14 days is needed to complete the processing of the Hydraulic Construction permit.
