1. To apply for a travel passport, go to any branch of Public Service Development Agency or Public Service Hall.
2. Complete an application form and submit it together with your residence card.
3. Submit your pictures and proof that you have paid the application fee.

You may use the link provided under "Office Locations & Contacts" section to get in touch with the nearest Embassy of Georgia in the country you are currently staying. The Embassy's consular service desk may be able to help with the processing your request to obtain a travel passport.

• Residence card;
• Two color biometric photos (photos may be taken in branches of the Public Service Development Agency or Public Service Hall for 3 GEL per set);
• Receipt certifying the payment of service fee;
• In case of renewal, applicant's previous passport.

A travel passport is issued to a stateless person in Georgia to enable him/her to exit Georgia, travel abroad and enter Georgia.
