The following persons apply for a state document certifying general education :

• An interested capable person of full legal age, in person.
• A representative of an interested person, based upon the properly attested Power of Attorney.
• A legal representative of a minor.
• A minor who attained 14 years of age, if holder of Identity Document.
  
  

Power of Attorney may be presented as:

• In writing attested by a notary.
• By the way of expressing the consent before the authorized person of the agency by using electronic communication means, if the person expressing the consent might be identified and his/her identity might be established by using the information of the electronic database of the agency

On the 5th business day after submission of an application the service fee for the accelerated service 20 GEL.
On the 3rd business day after submission of an application the service fee for the accelerated service 30 GEL.
On the 2nd business day after submission of an application the service fee for the accelerated service 40 GEL
On the day of an application the service fee for the accelerated service 50 GEL.
