Georgia - Obtain Certificate Confirming Property Rights

  1. To apply for a Certificate Confirming Property Rights the applicant has to contact the appropriate branch of Public Service Hall.
  2. The applicant has to produce all the documents that are listed under the Required Documents section.

Required Documents

  • ID card.
  • Written statement of a director or his/her deputy on organization's title paper (in case of a legal entity, if any).
  • Power of attorney, issued by the third person (if needed).
  • Certificate of war veteran (to be served free of charge).
  • IDP card (to be served free of charge).
  • Birth certificates of children (if you are parent of 4 or more children, to be served free of charge).
  • Certificate of a socially vulnerable person (to be served free of charge).
  • Disability card of the 1st or 2nd category (to be served free of charge).
  • Pension card (for 50% exemption from service fee and only under condition that the document required from the archives refers to an applicant, personally).

  • Within 10 business days - 43 GEL
  • Within the 5 business days - 59 GEL
  • Within the 3 business days - 68 GEL
  • Within 24 hours -76 GEL
  • On the day of application - 85 GEL

For certificate confirming the registration, produced by local self-governments, judicial and tax agencies:

  • Within the 10 business days - 10 GEL
  • Within the 5 business days - 13 GEL
  • Within the 3 business days - 15 GEL
  • Within 24 hours -17 GEL
  • On the day of application - 19 GEL
