1. Complete an application for an emergency passport and submit it to the embassy or consulate of Gambia in the country you are currently staying. A link to embassies of Gambia abroad is provided under "Office Locations & Contacts" section. Use the contact information to get in touch with the embassy or consulate and to know more about the application process.
2. You will also be required to present your birth certificate, national identity card, consular card and copy of your previous travel documents. For lost or stolen passport, you will also need to present a police report.

• For applicants under 16 years of age, you will be required to present a birth certificate containing both names of your parents. You will also be required a letter of consent signed by both parents. Finally, the ID Travel Card Documents of both parents must be produced.
