How to Apply:

1. Visit the Directorate General for Documentation and Immigration (DGDI) office near you and express your interest at the service desk.
2. Application form can be obtained from the DGDI office, or download it via the DGDI website portal or click the link below to download,:(Application form)
3. Submit the completed duly filed application form along with the supporting documents (listed under “Required Documents” section) for verification and processing to the attending official at the DGDI.
4. Pay the required application fees.
5. If the authorized official is satisfied that all the documents are in order, You will then be notified of the outcome and be issued with the safe conduct document

• Copy + original of the residence permit,
• Copy of birth certificate for minors under 16 years old and duly signed authorization from the holder of parental authority
• A copy of the identity document of the signatory of said authorization
• Any other document that may be requested by the DGDI
