How to Apply:

1. You should contact the Ministry of the Interior office for more information about filling the application with them.
2. The request letter is to be addressed to the Minister of the Interior must be made by the next of kin of the deceased and it should outline the following places of exhumation and re-burial, the date of burial, the reasons for the exhumation.
3. Submit the request letter with the supporting documents (listed below) for verification and process.
4. If the ministry or the authorized official is satisfied that all the documents are in order you will be notified of the outcome, issued an exhumation permit and given further instruction.

• A copy of the court-issued exhumation decision.
• Copy of the identification document.
