How to Apply:

1. Applicant from Countries with Gabon embassy or consulate, should visit the embassy and fill the application with them, countries without Gabon diplomatic or consular representation should contact Directorate General for Documentation and Immigration (DGDI) in Gabon for more information.
2. Accurately fill in the application form, which can be obtained from the above offices.
3. Submit the completed form along with the required supporting documentation (as listed below under “Required Documents” section) for verification and processing.
4. If the authorized official is satisfied that all the documents are in order, you will be notified of the outcome, within a week.

• Certified copy of page 1 and 2 of passport showing validity period not less than six months
• Two recent colored passport size photos
• Covering letter
• Valid diplomatic passport
• Flight itinerary and accommodation bookings or residential address in Gabon.
• Letter from the sending government or organization
• Yellow Fever Vaccination: in accordance with international health regulations,
• Any other documents that may be requested by the authority
