How to Apply:

1. Visit the Directorate General for Documentation and Immigration (DGDI) office near you and express your interest at the service desk.
2. Application form can be obtained from the DGDI office, or download it via the Emi-immigration website portal or click the link below to download :(Application form)
3. Submit the completed duly filed application form along with the supporting documents (listed under “Required Documents” section) for verification and processing to the attending official at the DGDI.
4. Pay the required application fees.
5. If the authorized official is satisfied that all the documents are in order, the Information obtained from the application form will be entered into the DGDI data system.
6. You will then be notified of the outcome and be issued with the certificate of residences.

• Photocopy of the valid national identity card or passport for the Gabonese
• Photocopy of the valid residence permit for foreigners
• Latest SEEG invoice
• 2 recent color photos
  

If hosted

• Certificate on the honor of the host
• Photocopy of the accommodation's identity document
• Latest SEEG invoice for the accommodation (in the name of the host)
