How to Apply:

1. The request letter is to be addressed to the Director General of the Territory Administration (DGAT) for the licenses of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th categories as well as those of the 6th and 7th categories, for the municipalities of Libreville, Owendo and Akanda.
2. In the other localities of the country, 6th and 7th category licenses are the responsibility of the Governors, Prefects and Sub-prefects.
3. The request letter should indicating the surname and first name, the domicile, the profession and the nationality of the applicant, as well as the category of license requested, the name and the precise location of the establishment.
4. Submit the request letter with the supporting documents (listed below) for verification and process.
5. Pay the required application fees.
6. If the DGAT or the authorized official is satisfied that all the documents are in order you will be notified of the outcome and be issued with the licence.

• A tax stamp receipt.
• A copy of the national identity card or residence permit for foreigners.
• An extract from the criminal record less than three months old.
• A copy of the circuit sheet.
• Any other document that may be requested by the authority.
