How to Apply:

1. You should visit the Caisse Nationale de Sécurité Sociale (CNSS) office near you and express your interest at the service desk.
2. Application form can be obtain at any CNSS branch office or download it via the CNSS website portal or click the link below to download(Application form)
3. Submit the completed duly filled application form along with the supporting documents (listed under “Required Documents” section) for verification and processing to the attending official at the CNSS.
4. If the authorized official is satisfied that all the documents are in order you will be notified of the outcome and be given further instruction.

• Individual civil status file
• Photocopy of birth certificate of the children / legalized supplementary judgment
• Social security card of the insured
• Work certificate (s)
• Photocopy of legalized marriage certificate or marriage booklet
• Guardianship order

Person eligible for the benefit are as follows:

• Self-employed widow, disabled employed widow, disabled widower, orphans, and dependent children. Deceased insured person should meet the following criteria for the beneficiaries to benefit from the pension benefit:
• Have completed less than 120 months of insurance;
• Be a beneficiary in the family cluster.

• No fees associated with the service
