1. To apply for a Phytosanitary Certificate, Applicant has to register with the Phytosanitary Certificate Information system.
2. To register with the phytosanitary certificate information system click on the following link: Link
3. On the given page, select “REGISTER AS NEW USER”
4. Please fill in your details as required and click on submit
5. Once your account is registered, come back to the login page and login with your credentials and click on the “login” button.
6. Once login, a new screen will be provided fill up your details and attach a duly filled export declaration form : Link
7. Once you fill up your details and attach the export declaration form, click on submit.
8. After your application is processed, the Finnish Food Safety Authority will issue the certificate on the information system.

The Certificate is valid per shipment or consignment. A new shipment requires a new Phytosanitary Certificate
