Apply In-Person:

1. To update the Motor Vehicle record, the applicant must visit the Land Transport Authority (LTA) Fiji. Contacts
2. The “Motor Vehicle Record Update” form must be obtained from the authorities in the LTA office, else it can be downloaded from the website. Form
3. If the vehicle owner makes any update to the Motor Vehicle details, then it must be updated to the authorities in the Fiji LTA office.
4. Before applying for the renewal, the applicant must have cleared all the convicted fines.
5. The application form must be filled with necessary details, and then it should be submitted to the CSO – Customer Service Officer in LTA.
6. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
7. The CSO will update application details in the LTA office system.
8. The processing time and the fee for this procedure will be intimated by the authorities in the Fiji LTA office.

• The vehicle owner who has already registered the vehicle in the Fiji LTA is eligible to apply for the motor vehicle update record procedure.
• If there is any additional update made by the vehicle owner, it must be intimated to the authorities in the LTA office.
  

The fee for this procedure will be intimated to the applicant while making the application in the LTA office.

The motor vehicle record update is valid until the vehicle registration expires.

If the motor vehicle owner makes any update related to the vehicle details, then it is compulsory for the applicant to update those records in the LTA office.
