2. Download the application form from the following link
3. Applicant must get the application form from the office and fill it with required information.
4. Applicant should make sure to carry both photocopies and originals of all the documents that are needed for completing this procedure.
5. Documents that are needed for completing this procedure are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. Applicant should attach all the documents along with the application form before submitting them at the office.
7. The Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
8. The applicant will be informed via SMS or E-mail regarding the availability of the certificate.
9. After receiving the notification, the applicant can visit the office to get their document.
10. If there is no information regarding the certificate is provided by the concerned authorities, then the applicant can visit the office to know the status of the application.
