1. To Obtain Pensioners Renewal Certificate, the applicant must visit the Fiji National Provident Fund office. Contact Link
2. The application form must be obtained from the authorities in the FNPF office, or else it can be downloaded from the website. Application Form
3. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. The application form should be filled with necessary details, and along with the required documents, it should be submitted to the respective authority in the FNPF office, or else it can be emailed.
5. After submitting the application form, the authorities will verify the application details.
6. If the supporting documents are legitimate, then the Pensioner Renewal Certificate will be issued to the applicant.
7. The processing fee for the application will be intimated to the applicant while applying.
8. The processing time will be intimated to the applicant while applying.

• The pensioner who holds account in the FNPF is eligible to apply for Pension Renewal Certificate in order to re-activate the pension account.

• The processing fee for the application will be intimated to the applicant while applying.

• The validity period will be mentioned in the renewal certificate issued to the applicant by the authorities in the FNPF office.
