Apply In-Person:

1. The applicant must get the National Provident Fund Card at the Fiji’s National Provident Fund office. Contacts
2. The application form must be obtained from the authorities in the office.
3. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. The application form must be filled with the necessary details.
5. The filled application form must be submitted along with the required documents.
6. After submitting the application form, you will be provided with the reference number.
7. Then you have to give the reference number, then the Fiji National Provident Fund officer will take your photo and thumb prints.
8. Finally, the Fiji National Provident Fund Card will then be issued to the applicant.
9. The National Provident Fund Card will be issued immediately after submitting the application form.

Employed persons between 16 - 55 years of age are eligible for the Fiji National provident fund card.

The National Provident Fund Card is issued for free.

There is no expiry date for the National Provident Fund Card.

A national Provident Fund Card is compulsory to all workers in Fiji and is issued after a complete registration with the institution.
