1. To obtain free water usage allowance from the Fijian government, the applicant must visit the Water Authority of Fiji Customer Care Centre. Contacts
2. The application form for “Free Water Usage Allowance Form”, must be obtained from the Water Authority of Fiji Customer Care Centre, or else it can downloaded from the website. Form
3. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. The application form must be filled with the necessary details.
5. The filled application form must be submitted along with the required documents at the Water Authority of Fiji Customer Care Centre.
6. After verifying the application, the authorities will give the approval for free water usage allowance to the applicant.
7. There is no fee required to apply for this procedure.
8. The processing time will be intimated to the applicant while applying in the WAF office.

• The free water usage scheme is applicable to the households that earn an income of less than $30,000 annually.
• Those individuals will get up to 92,500 litres of water for free per year.
• Applicants exceed this amount of water usage will have to pay for their extra water usage.
  

There is no fee required for this procedure.

• Free Water Usage allowance is valid forever, but the usage quantity should not exceed more than 92,500 litres per year.
• Otherwise, the customer will be charged for the extra water usage.

• Account Number
• Residential Address
• TIN Number (COPY OF TIN LETTER OR JOINT FNPF/FIRCA CARD TO BE ATTACHED)
• Photo ID (FNPF/FIRCA, PASSPORT, VOTER REGISTRATION, DRIVERS LICENCE, or OTHERS)
• Occupation
• Annual Income
• Documents List (Tick whichever is applicable)
• Statutory Declaration Form (Duly signed and stamped by a JP/Legal Officer/District Officer or Provincial Officer)
• WAF Customer Information Form (CIF)
• Valid Photo ID
• TIN Letter or Joint FNPF/FIRCA Card
