Apply In-Person:

1. To Get Broadband Connection, the applicant must visit the Fiji’s Telecom Service office. Contact Link
2. The applicant must check the broadband services available at the Telecom office.
3. Then the applicant must select the broadband plan suitable for them.
4. Then they must pay the appropriate fee for the plan. Then they must sign up for the plan.
5. If the applicant chooses the Fibre Plan, then there will be an extra installation fee.
6. All the plan details and fee structure will be intimated to the applicant while visiting the office.
7. The processing time to get the broadband service will take approximately 0-2 days.

Any individual who is above 18 years of age in Fiji is eligible to get the broadband connections in Fiji.

The fee details for the broadband services will be intimated to the applicant in the Telecom Services office.

Each broadband plan is valid for 1 month. After one month, the applicant must again signup for the plan.
