Apply In-Person:

1. To Get Arm Dealer License, the applicant must visit the Fiji Police Force office. Contact Link
2. The applicant should obtain the appropriate application form from the authorities in the Fiji Police office.
3. The prescribed fee for the application must also be paid and the receipt must be attached along with the application.
4. The application form should be filled with necessary details and then along with the required documents it should be submitted to the Commissioner of the Police Force.
5. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. After submitting the application, it will be verified by the Commissioner and other respective officials.
7. If the applicant qualifies the eligibility criteria set by the Police commissioner, then the arms dealer’s license will be approved to the applicant.
8. The fee details and the processing time will be intimated to the applicant at the police office.

The arms dealer license is valid for a year, and it expires every 31st of December.

To get the arm dealers license, the applicant must,

• Have adequate facility to store, assemble, disassemble, clean, repair, tests, or proves any arms or ammunitions.
• The place to carry out dealer’s business be without any danger.

Without the dealer’s license, it is an offense to carry out arm’s dealer business in Fiji.
