Apply In-Person:

1. To Buy a Ship from Approved Builders, the buyers must visit the MSAF approved ship building Companies.
2. There are various ship building companies approved the MSAF. Approved Companies list link
3. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. According to the Maritime Fiji Small Craft Code Regulations law, the ship owners/operators, Masters, Seafarers, or the General public must get the ships only from the MSAF approved companies.
5. If not, the ship registration will not be approved.
6. The fee details for the buying the Ship from approved builders will be intimated to the applicant while applying.
7. The processing time for this procedure will be intimated by the authorities in the approved ship building companies.
   

The document list will be mentioned while applying.
