Apply In-Person:

1. To get weedicide subsidy, the applicant must visit the Fiji’s Ministry of Sugar Industries. Location and Contacts
2. The application form must be obtained at the Ministry of Sugar Industry offices.
3. The application is available only in hard copies.
4. All the registered cane growers are eligible to get the weedicide subsidy from the Fiji Government.
5. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. The application form must be filled necessary details, and submit it to the respective authorities in the Ministry of Sugar Industries office.
7. After the application is submitted, it will be verified by the officials in the office.
8. The eligible candidates will be granted with the weedicide subsidy to use in the Cane farm.
9. The fee and the processing time will be intimated to the applicant while applying.

• All cane growers are required to place orders for weedicides through the Fiji Sugar Corporation (FSC).
• Growers can only place orders for quantity of weedicide required for the existing area under cane.
