Apply In-Person:

1. For getting registration of Transmission of Shares On Bankruptcy, the applicant should visit the Reserve Bank of Fiji contact link
2. Download the application form from the following link
3. Applicant must provide all the information that is requested in the application form.
4. Applicant must carry both photocopies and originals of all the documents that are needed for completing this procedure.
5. Documents that are needed for completing this procedure are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. Applicant must attach both photocopies and originals of all the documents along with the completed application form before submitting it at the office.
7. The Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
8. If all these procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the permit will be provided within a stipulated period of time.
9. The applicant will be notified regarding their registration via SMS or E-mail. After receiving the notification, the applicant can visit the office to get their registered document.
10. If there is no information regarding the registration is provided by the concerned authorities, the applicant can visit the bank of Fiji to know the status of their application.
