Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for passport, the applicant must visit the Fiji Immigration Department. Contacts
2. The passport application form should be obtained from the nearest passport office, or else it can download from the official website. Application Form
3. The passport application should be filled with all the necessary details.
4. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The application form should be filled with necessary details, and then it should be submitted along with the required documents to the Director of Immigration Department.
6. Then the applicant must visit the passport office for personal verification.
7. Before going to the passport office, the applicant should make appointment online 48 hours prior to the visit.Appointment link
8. In the link, the applicant should select the immigration office, date and time.
9. After the personal verification in the passport office, the application will be verified by the Immigration department.
10. Then the Fiji Immigration will issue the Passport to the applicant.

12. The processing time for getting ordinary passport will take between 5 days and 21 days.
13. The emergency passport application will take 1 day to process.
