1. To apply for Investor permit visa, the applicant must visit the Fiji Immigration Department. Contacts Link
2. The application form should be obtained from the authorities in the Immigration department or else can be downloaded from the website. Application Form
3. The investor must give details about the type of business/investment they are intended to do in Fiji.
4. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The application form should be filled with necessary details, and then it should be submitted along with the required documents to the Director of Immigration Department.
6. The Permit fee must be paid along with the application form, which is $650.
7. The application will be forwarded and verified by the Fiji Island Trade & Investment Bureau and the Immigration Department.
8. After the approval from the Investment Bureau authorities, the immigration department officer will go through the application form and grant the Investor permit visa to the applicant.
9. The Investor’s permit process takes between 1 month and 3 months to complete.
   

Apply Online

1. To apply for the Investor permit, the applicant must visit Fiji Immigration’s official Website. Online Portal Link
2. The applicant can directly start applying using this link, there is no separate account creation is required.
3. Before starting the application form, make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. The document requirement checklist is also available on the online portal.
5. Make sure to carry all the documents in PDF format.
6. The maximum limit of document to upload in the online portal is 30.
7. On the webpage, the applicant must fill in all the necessary details and then upload the documents.
8. The applicant should give a valid email address and phone number, which will be used for further communication purposes.
9. After uploading the required documents, apply by selecting the “Submit” option.
10. The payment must be done via Direct Deposits.
11. After the payment confirmation, the application will be forwarded and verified by the Fiji Island Trade & Investment Bureau and the Immigration Department.
12. After the approval from the Investment Bureau authorities, the immigration department officer will go through the application form and grant the Investor permit visa to the applicant.
13. The Investor’s permit process takes between 1 month and 3 months to complete.

All foreigners who can demonstrate an investment exceeding $250,000 into the local Fijian economy with a good police record are eligible for an Investor’s permit.

The mode of payment accepted by the Fiji Immigration Department is Direct Deposits only.

• Investor Permit Visa Application Fee - $ 650
  

• The investor’s permit is valid for 7 years from the date of approval.
• The permit can be extended to another 7 years by applying for the Extension permit.
