Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for the amendment of third-party for excess, the applicant must visit the Land Transport Authority (LTA) Fiji.Contacts
2. The applicant must obtain the “Amendment of third-party for excess” application form or should downloaded it from the website. Form
3. This application form must be filled and signed by the Insurance company, that the applicant had taken the third-party insurance policy.
4. Then the filled application form must be submitted to the Customer Service Officer (CSO) in the LTA office.
5. After verifying the application form, the CSO will forward the application to the respective authority to cover the amendments of the third-party insurance.
6. There is no fee to apply for the amendments of third-party excess permit or the change of classification of the insurance policy.
7. The processing time will be intimated to the applicant while applying in the LTA office.
