Most Danish diplomatic missions (embassy or consulate general) normally charge a fee of 60 (about DKK 450).
The individual diplomatic mission can also make further demands such as extra passport photos or duplicate copies of the application.

When a visa is applied for at the Danish Embassy it must be specifically for the Faroe Islands.
The Immigration Office in the Faroe Islands does not administer visas needed for travelling to and from the Faroe Islands.
