Apply In-Person:

1. To Transfer of a Mining Lease, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Mines & Petroleum location link
2. Applicant has to collect the application form to Transfer from the respective authority.
3. Applicant has to fill-in the necessary details in the application form.
4. Make sure that you have all the documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this procedure.
5. Submit the application form to the respective authority.
6. Fee for this procedure has to paid as per the authority request.
7. Upon the successful registration, the transfer of lease will be approved within 1-2weeks.
