Apply In-Person:

1. To Sub Dividing of Land, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Urban Development and Construction Authority in Ethiopia contact link
2. Applicant has to get the form from the respective office.
3. Applicant must fill-in all the necessary details in the application form.
4. Applicant must carry related documents that are necessary for the process to complete.
5. Documents that are necessary for the process to complete are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. Submit the form and along with the documents to the authority.
7. Also, the applicant has to submit a planning brief explaining the sub-division.
8. The designated authority will review the submitted application.
9. Fee for this procedure has to paid as per the authority request.
10. Upon the successful registration, the renewal of license will be issued within the stipulated processing period of time.
