Apply In-Person:

1. An individual has to request for a duplicate education certificate or an additional copy at Ministry of Education contact link
2. Application form for this procedure can be obtained at the Ministry.
3. Applicant has to fill-in all the details that are requested in the application form.
4. Applicant should make sure to carry necessary documents that are listed under “Required Documents” section of this page (both photocopies and originals).
5. Applicant must attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form.
6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request.
7. If all the above-mentioned procedure is followed properly, then, the duplicate certificate will be issued as soon as possible.
8. Mostly the duplicate certificate will be issued within a week.

• A passport size picture with both ears visible and taken within six months of the application.
• If he/she is a representative a copy of power of attorney and ID.
