Apply In-Person:

1. Application form for Renewal of Origin ID Card is available in Ministry of Foreign Affairs location link
2. Applicant should make sure to fill-in necessary details in the application form.
3. Applicant must carry all related documents for the procedure to complete while applying for this procedure.
4. Documents that are necessary for this procedure to complete are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
6. Applicant should attach photocopies of documents along with the application form while submitting.
7. If all the above-mentioned procedures were followed properly, renewal will be done within 5 days.
8. If license has not been issued, applicant can visit the office to get status of their application.
