Step 1: Hold a CBO meeting to seeking registration renewal

1. The minutes of the meeting seeking registration renewal and showing elected officials are to be attached to the application forms.

Step 2:Make an application for registration renewal with the Ministry of Labour and Social affairs

2. Applicant has to visit the respective office to get the renewal form.

3. Applicant has to fill-in all the necessary details in the application form.

4. Make sure that you have all the documents mentioned in the “Required documents” section of this page.

Step 3: payment of renewal fees

5. Pay the approved registration renewal fee is to be paid as per the authority request.

Step 4: obtain renewal certificate

6. Upon the successful registration, the renewal of license will be approved within 2days.

• Minutes of the meeting seeking registration and showing elected officials must be attached to the Application form.
• List of members duly signed with Name/Position/ID No. and Signatures must be attached to the Application form.
• The Application form must be accompanied by the CBOs BY-LAWS/ RULES/ CONSTITUTION.
• The Application form must be accompanied by a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) where CBO is formed through amalgamation (i.e, where several groups come together to form an umbrella organization).
• Registration fees receipt.
• Copy of current license
