Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for Renewal of a Ground Instructor License, the applicant has to approach the Ethiopian civil aviation authority contact link
2. The application form is available in the respective office.
3. Applicant has to enter all information that is mentioned under “Required Information” section of this page.
4. Applicant must make sure to carry all documents that are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant must have both photocopies and originals of the required documents.
6. Applicant must attach photocopies of documents (whichever is required) along with the application form while submitting.
7. Submit the application form along with the required documents to the respective office.
8. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as per the authority request.
9. If all above-mentioned procedures were followed properly, the applicant can get their document after 7days.

• Fee for this renewal is 2000 birr for every renewal.
