Apply In-Person:

1. To obtain Pharmacist License, the applicant has to visit Ministry of Health in Ethiopia contact link
2. Applicant has to get the application form from the respective office.
3. Applicant must provide all necessary information in the application form.
4. Make sure you have all the documents mentioned in “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant has to attach the photocopies along with application form.
6. Submit the application form and required documents to the relevant authority.
7. Fee for this procedure is given the “Fees” section of this procedure.
8. If all above-mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the board will issue the renewed license within the stipulated period of time.
