Apply In-Person:

1. To Renew Nuts and Oil Produce Manufacturer License the applicant has to approach Ministry of Agriculture in Ethiopia location link
2. Applicant has to get the application form to Renewal from the respective office.
3. The applicant must fill-in all the necessary details in the application form.
4. Applicant must carry related documents that are necessary for the process to complete.
5. Documents that are necessary for the process to complete are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. Applicant has to attach photocopies along with the application form.
7. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority.
8. If all above-mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the board will issue the new renewed license.

• Copy of valid NEMA’s Environmental Impact Assessment or Environmental Audit Certificate where applicable
• Copy of Public Health’s Food Drugs and Chemical Substances License where applicable
• A certified copy of a comprehensive insurance cover from a reputable firm proportionate to volume of product handled as per insurance valuation.
• Any other requirements that may be prescribed by the Authority from time to time.

• A Nut and Oil produce manufacturer registration certificate authorizes the holder to conduct the business as a manufacturer in nut an oil produce products Ethiopia.
• No person can act as a nut and oil produce manufacturer unless he is the holder of a current registration certificate issued in respect thereof by the Board after consultation with the Director. Therefore, dealers need to renew their certificates to continue with operations
