Apply In-Person:

1. To Renew Commercial Coffee Marketing License in Ethiopia the person should approach Ethiopian Coffee and Tea Authority contact link or the applicant should contact Ministry of agriculture location link
2. There the applicant will be issued with application form for Renew Commercial Coffee Marketing License the authority.
3. Applicant has to fill-in all the necessary details in the application form.
4. Applicant must make sure to carry documents that are listed under “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
5. Submit the completed application form and pay the required application fee of and submit the receipt as proof of payment.
6. This is followed by an inspection of applicants by the Board field Officers
7. The Board field officers will inspect the application make recommendations on the application, and forward their report forwarded to Board’s Headquarters for the ultimate Board approval.
8. Upon a successful of license, the Applicant is notified and he/she will be required to pay the respective license fee to the board and submit the receipt as proof of payment.
9. Once the renewal processing is done, the Commercial Coffee Marketing License is issued to the applicant by the Managing Director.
   

• Current copy of Commercial Coffee Marketing License
• Identification Cards/ Passport and PIN Number of the applicant
• A certified copy of certificate of incorporation/registration;
• A certified copy of memorandum and articles of association/ constitution
• Copy of title deed or certificate of leasehold as proof of ownership land or proprietorship and a current certificate of search or other supporting documents.
• Names and address of Directors.
• Proof of Reliable source of clean water
• A letter of intent from an approved bank to give a guarantee.
• A bank guarantee worth between US$ 1,000,000 and US$ 12,000,000 or one and half times the Free on Directorate value of the coffee transacted on each particular case less the transaction cost, whichever is higher (after the Directorate approves the application).
• Undertaking to deduct and remit statutory levies based on the auction/declared value of coffee.
• Undertaking to deduct and remit growers’ obligations.
• Undertaking to furnish the Directorate with monthly marketing returns.
• Any other requirements that may be prescribed by the Authority from time to time Nursery Certificate in Ethiopia

Any cooperative society, person, group or company holding Commercial Coffee Marketing License are eligible to renew their license after expiry are before a week or month of expiry.

Fees to be paid as per the advice of the authority officer.

The renewed license is valid for the period of one year.
