Apply In-Person:

1. To Register in Non-Governmental Animal Health and Welfare Providers the applicant has to approach NGO registration office at Ministry of Justice location link
2. There you will be issued with application form from the authority.
3. Applicant has to fill-in all the necessary details in the application form.
4. Applicant must make sure to carry documents that are listed under “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
5. Attach the required documents to the filled application form.
6. Submit the completed application form along with the required documents and pay the required application fee of and submit the receipt as proof of payment.
7. This is followed by an inspection of applications by the Board Officers
8. The Board officers will inspect the application, make recommendations on the application and forward their report to Board’s Headquarters for the ultimate Board approval.
9. An application shall not be considered duly completed as contemplated in the regulation, unless such submission has been received by the Authority.
10. The Authority may reject an application by a person/firm within 60 days of making such application if such person does not fully comply with requirements set by the Authority.
